Setup Process for your Virtual Office Address
Once you have decided which location is best for your new Virtual Mail Address, provided photo ID (Australian Driver's license or a valid Passport), paid us for your chosen subscription and subject to you agreeing to our terms and conditions, we will organise for the relevant business centre manager to contact you to complete the set up process:
- where applicable, issue you with a unique suite number for your new Virtual Address
- understand your mail forwarding instructions or if you wish to collect your items personally from the business centre
- if the business centre you have chosen allows for 24/7 access, issue you with a key or security pass to collect your mail outside business hours i.e. 24/7 (NB: refer above under the pricing table for which of our business centres don't allow for 24/7 access)
The business centre manager will also be pleased to assist you with any additional business services you might require in addition to your Virtual Mail Address (e.g. business cards, courier services, print, copy or design services etc).
